Everyone loves homemade sausage rolls and these All Beef ones taste extra good, especially with a good dollop of mustard!

Locally sourced beef from the valley is ground by our butchers in house. That way we have greater control of the fat content and to ensure the meat being used is of high quality. We then add a blend of simple seasonings that we produce in house as well. Finally rolled in our tasty puff pastry.
