Savoury Meat Pie

I can’t think of any dish more appropriately labeled “comfort food” than Beef Pot Pie. Truly excellent pot pies are hard to come by but this method will deliver the most tender and deeply flavored beef pie you’ve ever tried. The filling is braised in the oven until the meat is melt-in-your-mouth tender, then topped with pie crust dough. This finishes into one special dish that will have everyone saying “yu-um” with every bite!

Locally sourced beef from the valley is trimmed to 100% lean in house by our butchers, and then slow roasted for 3 hours. The stock that is produced from cooking the meat is how the gravy is made. From there we add a blend of mixed vegetables that include peas, carrots, corn, lima beans and green beans.
