Although this meat lover’s pie filling would make an endlessly satisfying meal on its own, mounding it between two flaky pie crusts brings it to a new level of deliciousness.

Locally sourced beef from the valley is trimmed to 100% lean in house by our butchers, and then slow roasted for 3 hours. The stock that is produced from cooking the meat is how the gravy is made. We then slow roast diced white onions until they are golden brown. From there we add some freshly diced mushrooms to the mix.
